Surveys + Pre-Order Store Locking TOMORROW

Hello!

Just a reminder that the surveys and pre-order store lock down MONDAY at 10 PM PST so if you haven't filled out your survey, now is the time! If you don't fill out your survey, you will not be able to get your pins and/or patch(es) and I want to send you things!!!

The pre-order shop will also lock at this time, so if your friends, loved ones, necros, cavs, or sworn enemies want some pins, tell them to get on over there :)

A Note On Names

• If you filled out your shipping address with a different name than the one you use, such as a wallet name or a dead name, and you'd like your order to reflect your real name, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email at [email protected]. In that email, please include the name you would like me to put on your order, as well as your email so I can look up your order.
• I will also be handwriting personalized notes to go in each package; if you would like the note addressed to a different name than the one on your shipping address, please shoot me an email with the email you used to back the Kickstarter and the name you'd like the note to be addressed to. If the name on the note and the name on your shipping address are different, that is okay. 
• I know it probably goes without saying, but please do not change your name on the package and/or note unless it is safe for you to do so without outing yourself or otherwise endangering yourself.

Next Steps

Once the orders lock, your card will be charged for any add-ons you purchased (such as a pin backing card or any additional pins) and I will be placing orders with my manufacturers!

From there, the manufacturers will create the pins and patches. This is the part that's a bit tricky to guess at - I've had my manufacturers take as little as 2 weeks or as long as a month to send me the finished products. It all depends on the supply chain and on shipping, two things completely out of my hands.

Rest assured, I will be keeping y'all abreast of all the progress - my manufacturers send me product pics! - both here and over on Instagram. And when it's time to pack and ship orders, I'll let you know too!

Survey Glitch Fix + Pre-Order Shop Open

Over 50% of y'all have filled out the surveys already - amazing! Thanks for being ahead of the game :)

Thank you also to the people who reached out to me to let me know there was a survey glitch. If you pledged to a tier for 2 pins or above, there was an error with the survey that only showed the Nona pin and the rainbow flag patch on the first page. That didn't show on my end, so I'm grateful y'all told me about it! I went in and fixed that, so if you want to go back and amend your survey accordingly, you should be able to do so now.

Also, due to popular demand (and projected order numbers), I've opened up a pre-order store for people who didn't get a chance to back the Kickstarter, but who want to get their hands on a pin. Here's the link – feel free to share!

It's Survey Day!!!!

Happy Survey Daaaay!

Today's the day - a survey should be arriving at the email address associated with your Kickstarter account shortly so you can begin selecting your pins!

Some of you may have already received your survey. If so, that means you were part of the smoke test. The smoke test is where I send out surveys to 5% of backers to ensure nothing is majorly wrong with the survey. The smoke test went well, so I'm sending out all the surveys.

As an aside, my apologies for the delay in sending out surveys; there was an issue with my Kickstarter account preventing me from posting updates to my project, and I didn't want to send out the surveys without also being able to post this message!

Survey Walkthrough

Your survey will have four main sections.

1.  Pledge Questions: This first section is where you pick out all the rewards that come with your pledge level. If you pledged for 2 pins, you'll have to select a design two separate times. If you pledged for 10 pins, you'll have to select a design 10 separate times.
2.  Add-Ons: This is the section where you can select your freebies (if you were an early backer) and add any additional pins/patches to your pledge. If you are a early backer who upgraded your pledge, I will be sending you a message through Kickstarter in mid-October asking you which freebies you would like. This is the best way I can track these things for the handful of people who upgraded.
3.  Shipping Address: The third section is where you add your shipping address. You will be able to edit this until November 2022. 
4.  Order Details: This is where you add payment details if you decided to purchase extra add-ons. Review your order and then hit the green button to ensure your order is complete.

Other Things to Know 

• I highly recommend doing the survey on a laptop or desktop computer. While it can be done on a mobile phone, it will be much easier on a laptop or desktop computer.
• The order lockdown date for the survey is October 10th, 2022. The estimated date for your card to be charged for any add-ons is October 11th, 2022. 
• Once your order is locked down and charged, there are no refunds. You will notify you before orders are charged to give you time to make any adjustments. This is because those funds are secured and used to purchase the reward items from vendors. The only time I provide refunds or replacements is if your rewards are damaged in transit. 
• I will institute an address lockdown at the beginning of November 2022. Once your address is locked down, I cannot change it. If you need to change it after that lockdown date, you can contact me to see if your order hasn't already been sent out.
• You’ll have to choose a design for each pin in your pledge level. That means if you chose a 2 pin pledge level, you’ll have two questions about designs. However, if you chose the 10 pin pledge level, you’ll have to answer the design question 10 times.
• On the add-ons page, you will see a tip jar option. This is an optional...option...for you to kick a couple bucks my way just for the hell of it. Please do not feel obligated to do this!!! Any tips I may receive will fuel me and my mother (who may end up helping me pack orders) with coffee.
•  Pay attention to the pin reference photos. On each pledge question, you'll see blown-up images of each pin (and the patch) to help ensure you're selecting the correct pin.

Payment + Survey Update! & Newsletter Info!

Hi y'all!

Wanted to drop y'all an update note with some timeline and Kickstarter-related info so y'all know what you should be keeping an eye on your email for!

First, if you have received an email from Kickstarter regarding invalid payment information, please follow the steps to update your payment info. If you do not do this by September 30, you will not receive your rewards from this Kickstarter.

Second, on October 1, you will receive an email from BackerKit in which you will have the option to select your pin(s) based on the tier you pledged! This is the fun part!! Because of the number of pledges, I do have the ability to offer add-ons, so if you want to purchase other pins in addition to your pledge, that survey is the time to do so!

Third, this is currently the timeline I'm looking at for production and shipping, given recent communication with my manufacturers. Keep these dates on your calendars to ensure you don't miss your survey and shipping updating chances!

• October 1-3: Surveys sent out.
• October 20: Surveys close, all pin selections locked.
• October 22: Pins ordered from manufacturer.
• November 15: Last chance to update your shipping information.
• December 1: Pins arrive, packing and processing begins.
• December 7: Pins mailed out.
