Happy 2023! I hope everyone who celebrates had a great holiday season and a fantastic start to the year.
I received a 8 kg box today full of pins! YAY! This means that I'm now free to start sending them out this weekend (7-8 January)!
Once your package is in the mail, you will receive an email from Backerkit with your tracking number, which is generated when I buy the mailing label. As such, please give it at least 72 hours to show order tracking (to account for the weekend).
Right now, pin orders from my Etsy shop being shipped within the US are being delivered anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks after shipment depending on a myriad of factors; I will be monitoring package delivery as closely as I can - but there are over 100 backers and orders to fill, so I can't guarantee close scrutiny.
As such, if you see that there is an issue with your tracking after that 72-hour mark OR something else has happened (eg. your package was marked as "delivered" but hasn't shown up), please contact me at [email protected].
